Weight loss... and the side effects that I didn't see coming
This past August, I finally hit my weight goal. 63 kgs (about 138 lbs) It was the original weight goal I set for myself when I started on this journey back in 2010. So last night (Jan 27th) I had dinner with a good friend of mine. He's really like an older brother to me... and I always go to him when I need some tough love or career advice.
