✧ ABILITIES/POWERS: Chibiusa has the power of the successor of the Silver Millennium in the form of the Silver Crystal. The crystal formed from her tears when Pluto sacrificed her life. This crystal gives her the ability to transform into Sailor Chibi Moon (now Super Sailor Chibi Moon). As Chibi Moon, she fights the darkness that threatens the peace of the earth and the future. Her element is love. Her power varies from season to season, but predominately involves hearts or light.
As Chibiusa, she is an extremely skilled artist. She began to keep picture diaries when she first started school in the present. Four of her picture diaries are presented in the manga (I've included the first day in school in the history as that one is specifically stated when it takes place). She is shown to have very good artistic skills, being able to draw people as they really look like. She also has very good sculpting abilities, being able to sculpt the holy chalice quite intricately within an art class or two.
Chibiusa also has Luna-P. While the toy isn't really part of her, she has the ability to change it into whatever she desires, such as hypnotizing umbrellas, by bouncing the toy and saying “Abra Kadabra Pon!”. It's never really stated if the ability is purely hers or something Pluto put into the toy.

There is a park in the Juuban area in Tokyo where Chibiusa goes every time she's upset. It shows up in both the anime and manga. Presumably, it's called Juuban Park, since the other public places are called Juuban something. In the park is a playground, with a dome, monkey bars, slide, and a swing set.

I made cookies with Mako-chan today! See? [ she holds cute rabbit-shaped cookies up to the screen. ] Well okay, Mako-chan made them and I helped decorate them! They're cute bunnies with chocolate chips for eyes! We made enough for all our friends.
I know it's easy enough to dream up dozens and dozens of cookies - or even pudding! - but sometimes it's fun to make things for friends. It's the thought that counts, right? I sure hope everyone likes them!
✧ THIRD PERSON:
Now Chibiusa had seem some strange things in her visit to the 20th century, like vampires and possessed dentists offices, but this place was just creepy. Usagi had once told her of mirrors where dark worlds existed at night. It gave Chibiusa the creeps, and when the Dead Moon Circus appeared, that creepy mirror world seemed to come alive. Illusions, nightmares, they all came alive. They almost defeated the inner senshi but they came through. They were strong, after all, and Chibiusa admired them for it.
The Dead Moon had fallen, and yet, somehow she ended up in a strange, creepy mirror world. As Super Sailor Chibimoon, she ran down the road lined with trees, holding her Chibi Moon Kaleidoscope close to her heart. No matter how many times she rang the Crystal Carillon, Helios never answered. She felt alone and lost, stuck in a nightmare she couldn't escape from.
She paused on the path, coming to a quick stop with the click of her heels. She was alone. She didn't have Sailor Moon's senshi with her, or her own Asteroid senshi either. Alone. Lost. She held her Kaleidoscope close to her heart. She had always relied on her friends so much.
No, she had to continue. She had to get back to her friends. To Sailor Moon. To the senshi. To Hotaru and Helios. She couldn't give up now. She had to keep going to become strong and elegant, like Sailor Moon! She hoped this road would lead her out of this place and back to Tokyo!
