As a communication major, one of the things I learned was that the world isn't really any worse than it use to be hundreds of years ago - it is just because we have the media now and because we have news etc so accessible, it's tough to be out of the loop. Back to work after 5 days off - yeah, the PTO time was awesome - but overall I do like my job and in today's economy, it is great to have a good job
