My only criticism is the fact that lj and the internet don't equate to your real and close friendships. The people that are meant to be your close friends are those who you see and spend time with, those who take care to see how you are every now and then, who talk to you because they enjoy your company. Real friends are not those who simply suck up to you on echild or like to read about your misery on lj. The internet is not an instrument to judge a person by. It's a pastime, it's not life. And if you have lost the distinction between real life and the internet that's the problem. I think it is good that Lia has made the decsion to end all the bullshit internet relationships which she *might* have been taking too seriously.
