well, eating fatty/greasy/corn syrup foods to gain weight isn't going to make you healthy anyway. Muscle would do it, although if muscle burns calories faster than fat, you'd just have to eat more.

You should make note of your lifestyle and eating habits, and write a diet book. couldn't be crazier than any other diet out there.

Yeah, but Eric's dieting book would be like "be born with crazy fast metabolism. Enjoy if female!"

you should go see a dietician. NOT a nutritionist, they're not certified.

Aren't the boost shakes supposed to be for helping people gain/keep weight on with healthy stuff? Like protein drinks that you could have WHILE tutoring?

funny thing about boost and other such products is that they have laxatives in them which for a normal person like eric will give him diarrhea. poor eric!

Avacodo (300 calories in 1 med)
Peanut Butter (2 teaspoons 120 calories)
Bananas (1 med 120 calories)
Pasta (1 cup 170 calories)

I eat a couple of yogurts per day, and have a giant tin of cashews in my car. I'll have to get back in the habit of eating PB&J.
