So my rough draft for my menu project is due tomorrow. At the end of the month I have to make two selections from here (Chef's Choice) for the entire class. I hope he picks the first two. I have one glaring hole, and tonight I'm going to finish the cheese plate

Last class we made souffles, and though they were delicious, it was like eating air. Air that my body would turn to fat. And that's not fun. Meringues to the left, please.
