just got denied unemployment benefits because they claim i didn't earn anything between 10/1/10 and 12/31/10. fuck the state government for making me jump through extra hoops before they'll award me my claim. fuck tabla for not filing their information with the state if that's what happened. fuck my life because without unemployment benefits my

Did you talk to a person at unemployment or was this all in letters and recorded messages?

Because in WA (and I think all of the US), Oct - Dec tax forms aren't due until the end of January. So I'm waiting for confirmation for my unemployment because Creative Circle hasn't sent in their 4th quarter returns.

Maybe you should call unemployment and talk to them. Even if you talked to a person to get answers so far, it'd be worth calling again - different people have wildly different attitudes and abilities on their phone lines.

Like Sandi said, it's just one of those things that happens. Annoying as hell, but it's worth making another phone call. (I've had a few friends on UE here in NYC.)
