Flea eggs do hatch in warmer weather. To get rid of them, I used to use one of those indoor flea/bug foggers and then again two weeks later. Most of the foggers, etc., only kill the larvae and fleas, but not eggs. So, any eggs will hatch in a couple of weeks with warmer weather and the cycle will start again. In cooler weather, it may take longer before eggs hatch.
