Chicago Bound

One last sleep and I'm off to Chicago at the crack of dawn. Trying desperately to decide who I want photos with and then what to wear. Joe and David separately are definitely on the list then Chris, Paul, I'm on the fence about Kavan (his auto is extra) and Joe & David together.

Well, in all honesty, I thought I'd be teaching this semester and didn't want to fly out Thurs. because of that and it's a 4 hour flight between AZ and Chicago. I have to drive myself to the airport and will probably leave between 3:30 and 4 (it's about a 20 min drive, plus another 20 for parking). Thank goodness for coffee.

Did you see the M&G with David is at 8:15AM on Sun! Arghhh

And Cretin strikes again, they are doing Joe and Davids autos for Gold members in the morning and their photos in the afternoon. Not a benefit for gold ticket holders. I guess they figure people will have to buy a picture in the vendors room for autos, more money for them. I'm really really annoyed with them.

I posted a rant about the schedule already. They have everything fucked up, as always. I'm more than annoyed :( I do not like having to get up extra early on Saturday and Sunday for my M*Gs. They'd better serve coffee!!

We'll make the best of it, as always. I think there's a McDonald's next door and they have decent coffee. Fortunately for me, I have my photo op from Vancouver that I plan to get signed, and then I can get my JF photo op signed at D*C in September.

You should either print out your own photos, or bring DVDs or something for them to sign. David is absolutely thrilled when people ask him to sign copies of "A Dog's Breakfast". Then you don't have to give Cretin more money either!!

Great idea about a Dogs Breakfast, I just threw it into my luggage. I have a pic of Joe from last year that I also threw in.

They act like they have never put a con on before. I really hate them. But we shall overcome!
