Andrew successfully completed his first week of pastry school - yay!!! Although he's enjoying his classes, it was a tough first week. He has class from 8 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Thursday. It's funny because I was going to ask earlier about the financial aid stuff too. Are his assignments cooking assignments? That would be cool and then you could be a taste tester.

Wow, that does sound like a busy schedule and a tight financial situation. But at least he likes pastry school. And I could love it, too, if it involved me eating tasty foods like onion rosemary focaccia on a regular basis. Mmm... that's making me hungry for lunch.

That bread sounds sooo good! I've tried to make bread before (just regular bread) and it's tricky to get right (I didn't get it right).
With that busy schedule time is going to fly by and he'll be done before he knows it. And I hope you get to sample his homework!
