hmm...well that's one resolution that needs fixed. This year I have a number of small plans and scemes that I made to myself and which I won't reveal until I break them (in case the don't come true or I fixate on them too much in my forward brain). So here's the first one to go:

The charms of apartment living are beginning to wane after 10 years. I'm resigned to the fact that water will get in our apartment at any moment - we've just been so lucky that it hasn't hit anything important so far. Gift Poll and Star Wars Rant
Well, happy new year to all. We are back home after taking a quick spin through the country - dodging blizzards and picking up head colds. We traveled out into what we like to call 'humid land' where we spent part of the trip in Fl with my family, and then traveled up to Mi to see guru's family. And here we still are. In an attempt to get ready for work I did shower, so if someone were to dig us out and clear the roads between here and work, I could rise to the occassion and go in. Un/Fortunately this will probably happen around 3 pm today, so there will be little use to acutally go out. That's my story anyway and I'm sticking to it ( Read more... ) -
freezing snow fog of d00m
...is what our forecast was today. It has been snowing for about 17 hours straight now, which will hopefully stop around noon tomorrow. And it isn't the flurry type of snow its been full bore snowing the whole time. I think they are saying 40 inches when it's all over.
