Earlyer i was talking with Sherry about Melissa, now i cant stop shaking, and the tears fall at the drop of the hat. I'm discusted with my family about this, they act like she never existed. I know this going to sound all generic and shitty, but sometimes it can be too painful to remember and much easier to forget. It's why some people try and drink themselves to death, eat themselves to death, and, well, buzz themselves into oblivion. The mind is funny that way. We tend to turn away from the most painful things in lfe becasue it's simply easier to forget. I think that's why so many people are all messed up, myself included, for the most part. :) Hang in there, kid.

and Denial is number 3.

acceptance is the last step.

Sarah, you have accepted, your family, however, is still in denial. They don't want to beleive that she is now six feet under.

But, I'm glad you're taking on a mission as big as this one.

Just because she died, does not mean that she has to be dead.
She can still be alive to you.
