speaking of history repeating itself: have you ever explored the native american notion of non-linear time? In that case, you wouldn't be repeating history...instead you would just be being.

I have a really hard time with it. My brain is framed in our western philosophy, and I just can't quite get it wrapped around the philosophy. I have a bit of a background in native american lit, which helps, but not all that much. So if you "get it" let me know so you can help me with it. :)
