One of our friends had a high schooler come up wearing jeans, t-shirt and his varsity jacket. Andrew asked what he was and the guy replied "a high school football player." Real original.

The worst we got here were 3 girls 15-16ish dressed as "sexy cowgirls." Short shorts (the kind where you could see the pockets hanging down), flannel shirts tied between their ta-tas, pig tails, cowboy hats and boots and to top it all off, all 3 had Playboy bunny belly button rings with jewels hanging down. Gah.

And what was with the "sexy/sluty" bumble bee costumes this year? Saw a lot around our neighborhood as well.

At least I dressed up when I went Trick-Or-Treating in high school. Yes, I agree, you must wear a costume to earn the candy and I am not impressed by the trashy costumes either. It is great to hear from you. What else is new with you? I hope you guys are doing well.

I'm not going to say that I haven't worn some skank costumes in my day... but they were to parties. There was no way my parents would have let me out of the house to go knock on a strangers door asking for candy that way!

Not much new here. We've just been working and enjoying our cute little cat!

The bee costume was very popular. We saw a costume contest at the bar that weekend, and a "sexy bee" won the sexy category. Apparently people think stinging insects are super hott. Whatever.

I am firmly of the opinion that there is absolutely no reason whatsoever for anyone to trick-or-treat in a sexy costume. You are either too young to be wearing a sexy costume or too old to be trick-or-treating!!!!!!

Boo to no costumes at all as well.

You are exactly right. You are either too young or too old to wear a sexy costume for Trick-Or-Treating.

Fo sho.

I remember when I first figured out that just going and buying the candy that I wanted was way cooler than running around collecting a few good pieces... and tons of bubble gum.
Besides, the people handing out candy (me) are just interested in seeing cute little kids dressed up... I don't need to open the door to throw chocolate at some young girls ta-tas.
