I talked to my advisor today, and she said that with my grades, I may be able to go directly into a doctoral program after undergraduate! I could have a Ph.D. by the time I'm 30! Dr. Candelaresi has a nice ring to it...

I just found a new use for bras! I can hang mine on the corner of my loft and sling-shot it at the ceiling! Highly amusing!

My Dad called me today asking me to call or email my mom to assure her that I'm making friends at college. They're "concerned" because I read in the dining hall and spend a lot of time in my room. So I got a package from my family earlier this week, and they'd sent me presents for my birthday, with the explicit instructions not to open them until Saturday. I just opened them (because it's technically Saturday) and they gave me a book my one of my favorite authors and a big picture book called The Best of Italy. It is absolutey beautiful! Is it a bad thing that anytime a guy contacts me from a bdsm or bondage group, billions of red flags go up and I push him away? Am I being close-minded and paranoid, or cautious and smart? The "goodboy" is turning into a bit of a creeper. And by a bit, I mean he gives me the heebie-jeebies.
