Had an okay weekend. Did a double feature of X-Men 3 and Mission:Impossible 3 on Friday night. I overloaded a bit, but still managed to enjoy both of them fairly well. Saturday I lost $10 at poker. Not at all a good long weekend. Not only is it about 4 degrees warmer in our apartment than it is outside no matter what the temperature, but the landladies were doing work on the downstairs unit for most of the weekend, which included lots of noise, lots of mess and the worst smell ever. It's hard to not take it personally when someone cancels plans on you. I get the need to not see people right now, and I get wanting to spare someone your bad mood, but it's still hard to not be concerned/worried/upset/offended/paranoid.

I had a very busy weekend. Saturday I went to the gym in the morning and then hung around the house for a bit goofing off. Had a weekend. It was good. Came in to work on Saturday for four hours to make up some of the time I was out on Monday. Got my desk looking pretty spiffy - even bosslady commented on how good it was looking. Spoke with my mom today. Some of her siblings are upsetting her, which upsets me. My mother is really the matriarch of the family - grandma has a lot of problems, including mental illness.
