i ran about six miles this morning. it was really a beautiful route. I picked a purple flower on the way and it was wilted by the end. its funny how amazing you feel after you have pushed yourself an extra couple steps. i feel like i am getting stronger with every run and there are little tweeks in my form and technique everytime. Yesterday was the fourth of July. I saw fireworks in Albany. They were realy pretty, right next to the Egg. I love the ones that linger on and on and fall like weeping willow leaves.
