Fun Things to do With the Kids this Summer

Home Depot Kids Workshop. We've been doing this one for about 2 years now. States ages 5-12 but my kids have been attending since they were about 3. During the month of October it's extra special because of Halloween. The theme is safety. In July they'll have 2 workshops ( Read more... )

I didn't know a thing about the free movies deal. Even tho they are older movies they still give the feel of going to the movies, ya know?

I don't know if you have a Michaels around you (craft store) but they have free family workshops.

I had totally forgotten about that one. We went one time, in November. Gotta add that to our calendar. My sister and I keep a calendar with things to do for the kids on Saturdays. We pick up the local city magazine and write down anything that is free. There are loads of things around here. I guess because it's a small city. Plus, Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta has family fun days once a month. We love the summer. Never a dull moment.
