Ok, now what happened to spring? Was it not near 80 or so the other day? Today, I have on three layers and my hands and feet are still cold. I want my warm weather back. Well today I finally got out and exercised. I took a walk down my street. It was so pretty. I live in the country and my nearest neighbor has a bunch of horses. Well, I attempted to work in the yard today, but too many other things came up. I'm trying to get the yard prepared for easier gardening this summer. So far, I have purchased the tools needed but I have not gotten out there to do anything with them. I've been under the weather for the past few days. I finally feel like a human being today. I'm very excited that my spring flower bulbs are starting to come up. I have some really cool, almost black tulips, and such that I will hopefully be able to get pictures of soon. Provided of course, that the moles and deer do not eat them all.

This is a perhaps stupid thing to post on live journal about, but here goes. Why is it that when I dye my hair that I can go for several weeks with no roots but that one day I'll look in the mirror and suddenly there is a 1/2 inch of natural hair color showing? Today has been a hard day on my wallet. Just had to have work done on my car. Played with my ferret and for the first time she gave me a kiss without trying to bite off my nose. I think I ate too much at dinner tonight. I tried some pizza without tomato sauce but I found that it is just as heavy (especially combined with a piece of toffee pie) as a piece of pizza with the regular fixings. What was I thinking? Long but productive day at work today so I think I'll be lazy and read a book this evening or go hang out with my ferret Dibley. She's so cute, but she does bite like an evil wee beastie.
