THIS IS THE GREATEST THING TO EVER EXIST. FYI.

I am primed to adore this because you combined my two favorite things -- M&C and SPN -- but also it is awesome and hilarious in its own right. The quotes! (Right on Becky!) The credits! Trickster Light and Magic! Forget Yo Yo Ma, we're using Black Sabbath as the soundtrack!

Amazing.

(Also, inspiring. Is there fic for this? There should be. Both actual Age of Sail Dean/Cas and a behind-the-scenes of the making of this masterpiece. Director!Gabriel is WIN.)

*big goofy grin*. I'm really glad you enjoyed all the silliness I injected into the DVD cover. I had waaaaay too much fun with that :).
"Is there fic for this? There should be." - I wish I could oblige, but I'm not much of a writer. I've several WIPs, some of which I've been writing for over a year! I've promised myself that I'll finish some of those before picking up anything else. Do feel free to write something yourself or pass these ideas on. I'd be more than happy to link to a companion fic or 2 :D

I like it! :D I love what you did with Jensen's hair, he looks fabulous, and 20th Century Hellhound, HMS Impala, and Squee Magazine totally cracked me up. LOL. Jared looks very lovely too.

Thank you! I'm very happy to amuse :). I don't have the main Jensen pic separately as I tweaked it once it was merged with the background. However I do have the others. I've added them to the post. As an added bonus, you get the full length shot of Jared :D. Enjoy!

If could see me you would catch me sitting here with my mouth wide open and large eyes (while desperately trying not to drool over my keyboard). I would love to comment decently, but you put Dean/Jensen with long hair in front of me!!!! I am so... overwhelmed. This is awesome!!! The idea alone is great, but how you executed it is amazing. Do you happen to have the Dean/Jensen-pics in higher resolution? I would love to have that pic in my bedroom...

*glee*. I'm so glad you liked it. I find long haired Dean/Jensen just as drool worthy. It took me a long time to create all the details because I kept on getting distracted XD. Unfortunately the pic I manipped onto wasn't very high res so there's a limit to what I can do. I do have an upscaling program so I can give it a shot with that. It won't look as sharp - more like the watercolour filter on photoshop - but I'm willing to give it a go. What sort of print size/printer resolution (dots per inch) are you looking for? And do you want just the B&W pic or do you want me to do something like I did in the icon? Bear in mind that the bigger you have it, the more watercolour-like it will be, if you know what I mean.

EDIT: Here's a straight up upscale to let you know what I mean. This prints as 11 inches across at 300 d.p.i

That is soooo sweet of you, thank you! It took me some time to figure that this was fanmade- it looks so REAL! Jensen should definitely make that movie (...though Russell was a good choice...).

If you would give it a try, that would be great! If it´s not too much trouble- would you resize the b/w AND the greenblue one? If not, I would (after some consideration) settle for the b/w one. I have no idea concerning the size- I would leave that up to you, so you can decide at what size it still makes sense and when there are just blurry lines. Is that okay? (See what you are doing? Fulfilling a dream..)
