Poor EL keeps having attacks. I feel so much guilt that i am feeling for me when he is feeling so bad. i just cant do anything - cant enjoy anything, its like i have his shadow over me in everything

your not a bad person... everyone needs breaks.... that's normal.. you can't spend 24/7 caring for someone otherwise you go nuts... you need support
