i quit smoking 1 week ago this hour.
and it feels good.

on my way back from the grocery store tonight i fell off my bike taking a left turn too fast. my front tire slid off the trail and i tumbled off the bicycle. my palms are scraped, my ribs and right leg are bruised, and my backpack is slightly torn. i ended up about 15 feet from the trail and 10 feet from my bike on my back ( Read more... )

my coworker, adam, was married last saturday and just got home from his honeymoon. my managers kids were sick last week, so three peoples jobs were left to me last week. it was difficult and long, but i feel good about how much work i got done in their absence. wednesday was a holiday, though, and i spent that time on lake roy hubbard with kyle ( Read more... )
