MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

I have a food blog now.

In Raleigh they have a radio station that plays nothing but Christmas music from the day after Thanksgiving to the end of December.  Although some of the songs were awful, I always liked that station.  I think that it might have been commercial free too.  Anyway, I was thinking of  that station while driving the other day and decided to drift away ( Read more... )

All of turkey #1 is gone now.  Turkey #2 is in the freezer chillin' for a little while.  We used the rest of our turkey #1 leftovers to make a Turkey Pot Pie tonight.  I was very happy with the results.  Of course, turkey was substituted for chicken.  I also used fresh vegetables instead of frozen (because that's what I had), and added 2 potatoes ( Read more... )

After a few failed attempts, Tommy and I have finally found a mac 'n' cheese recipe that we like.  I have been looking for a mac 'n' cheese that is cheesy, creamy, and full of flavor. Last night I,  along with three other girls, hosted a progressive dinner.  It was a lot of fun, as was  the after-party.  There were about 15 people all together.  We had four courses, the last two courses being at two houses that were right beside each other.
