I went to the new Harris Teeter that is a few minutes from my work today.  The experience was PHENOMENAL!

• Everything was clean
• Everyone working there smiled and said "Hi, how are you" when I passed by them, even the ones who were stocking the shelves

So I wanted to keep up with the manufacturer-recommended maintenance on my car to keep it running nice for a very long time, which this time includes some inspections and tire rotation and lubing of some parts -- along with an oil change and state inspection.
