I know that Flickr is a public thing and that anyone can view your photos unless you make them private.... but really, should you add someone to your contact list if you don't know them or ever communicate with them? Could that be considered stocking?

Yesterday on my drive home from my parents' house I stopped at a gas station to get a few bottles of water for my game.
