I'm sure you will win the appeal. It seems like you are dotting all your i's, and crossing all of your t's.(sigh)Shouldn't have to be that way.:O( Anyway, that's great that all 5 are in the same area. What a relief, no more bus issues.

And great that you got stuff out of the way, and sent in the appeal, and you have to win, that is the only reasonable, fear outcome =)
