i saw the preview for it but forgot about it. i have not read that particular discworld novel, ive only read the first two. but i still was interested in checking it out

It's somewhat slow-paced, but I think you might like many of the characters and fantasy elements.

My sis saw some of this and couldn't figure out what the hell it was. She tried to stay up and watch all of it, but it was too weird to follow.

That's not surprising to hear. They really made no concessions at all for people who don't know Discworld. I'd imagine it's pretty bewildering if you just randomly flipped to it. Of course, the bright side is that Discworld fans don't have to slog through a lot of tacked-on exposition just to get to the Pratchetty goodness.
