I need some help, Please!

So I have to give my first speech on Monday. But, the thing is that I can't think of anything to talk about. I know it isn't a hard topic, I think I might just be trying too hard to think of something. It has to be an informative speech 5-7 minutes in length. If any of you guys have any ideas or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it

Talk about something that interests you - something that you are enthusiastic about. Someone could give a speech with the most interesting facts in the world, but if they hate their topic it is almost more painful for the audience to listen than it is for the speaker to actually give the speech.

haha.. all of those are things I could talk about, but I am not sure my teacher nor classmates would care about them lol.

I did an informative speech on alcoholism at SPC and it was good because there were actually some people really affected by it in the class...and becuase of that there was a lot of available information and topics you can do...such as the physical results of it...the causes of it...the mental effects...stuff like that.
