I'm going to do it. Lili was right, it's not like my Mother is here to watch what I eat. I, Amber von Tussle, will eat this piece of cake sitting in front of me. I've never had cake before, and people say that there is a first time for everything. I blame Link for this, he's been ignoring me lately. I don't know what's gotten in to him.

Dear Hogwarts, I haven't missed you and your ugly brick walls.

So far all that I'm looking forward to is using the Prefect baths and taking house points from people.

Other than that, Link and I had an enjoyable summer. I finally got him to see my way on a few things too.

I was finally able to show my face again this morning. The last week has been awful for me. Of course, my Mother lectured me after, first about how I shouldn't have eaten that muffin, then about boys. Not that she has anything against Link, she thinks that he's perfect for me.

I am never coming out of my room again! This is awful, and horrible.

It's like finding out about the ugly gray uniforms all over again.

I don't know what Link was so worried about. Mother said that she would take care of everything, and she did.

If he keeps on worrying like that, he'll get wrinkles.

It's so nice to be back home. Where there is color and the sheets don't itch. I have House Elves bringing me whatever I want, when I want.

I can relax by the pool, not a lake with a great big dirty squid.

I don't think I've ever seen more people who don't know how to dress. This is a big step down from the already drab wardrobe of Hogwarts.
