Nice short story. Maybe you will make a sequel or prequel. I’d like to know what happened to make this person feel this way and what would happen when their shields melt. (P.S. have you ever heard of an ezboard site called vermillion hall?)

I'm honestly not sure if I'll ever add to this. It all just kinda came to me. And Yes, Vermillion Hall and Crimson Rain were a group I started a very long time ago. How did you guess?

Not really. I haven't checked it in a long while. A lot of the RPGers faded off the board. I noticed DVN was on a while back. Did you play with us? I'd love to play again if I could get some people together.
