As continuation of a long - running project, mathematician Yasumasa Kanada (Japan) of the University of Tokyo has calculated the number pi to 1,241,100,000,000 decimal places. This calculation has been achieved using a HITACHI SR8000/MPP computer.
One of the new color war events this year will be reciting pi... better start memorizing...
