Ok, I know it's a bit late but here's my book list from 2010! didn't read as many as last year but I think the Outlander books should count for two books each. Here we go!

Everyone’s been asking me if I reached my goal with the amount of books I wanted to read this year. Honestly, I can’t remember what my goal was. I think it was 50 books.

Field Trips and Book Writing
Today was my field trip with my photography class. I wasn't going to go. I was worried that it was only going to be about how to compose a picture. I don't feel like I need help with that part of my photography. I feel like I get great pictures on my own. I really only want help with the technical part of picture taking.

Slavery and a Lonely Rabbit
Project read 50 books by the end of the year is going well. I finished reading The Book Of Negroes in 4 days. It's a pretty thick book (just shy of 500 pages, smallish text). I have working evenings to thanks for getting me through it so quick. Nothing like enless hours of nothing to do but sit around.

Reading and photography Class
Yesterday was my second Photography class. It was good, mostly. I say this for a few reasons.
First of all I've never really been good at making freinds in a class setting. I often find myself sitting alone and not talking to anyone during the break. I don't really have a problem with that. Most people in my class are either too cool for me to even ( Read more... ) -

I was just going to post my Books I’ve Read in 2009 so far list but after reading yesterday, almost non stop from 7pm to 2am, I feel like I need to say something about this last book. I don’t want to forget what I felt last night, and actually am still feeling today.

growing up and not
Today I got a notice at the door of my apartment telling me that the laundry room in the building will now be open 24 hours. I was so excited and my first thought was “this is so great! Best part of the day!” When did 24 hour laundry become the highlight of my day?
It made me think about how sometimes I feel like an adult and sometimes I don’t.

birds and sun burns
Today I went birding with my cousin Angie, her boyfriend Andrew and a few of their friends. It was a lot of fun, a nice 5 hour walk at the waterfront. We saw some pretty nice birds and had a nice time together.
I forgot to put sunscreen on. My face and chest are so red and hot now i look like a crazy person! How long will the redness last?? -
