AO NO HONOO
Movie pamphlet - Ninomiya Kazunari interview

The movie pamphlet was a present from my darling arashinokizuna before she left Japan after the 5x10 concert :3 Thank you captain!!! I've also included something from the director as well because it was about Nino!

For me without a doubt, Ao no honoo was Nino's best works! For that, i praise Ninagawa-san to be able to bring out the best quality of Nino's act!

^__^

Nino, ah he's such a cute person and at that age <3

This is one of my favourite pieces of directorial work or whatever you call it and the train station scene is my most most most favourite.

I'm really glad they don't kiss or stuff...but I didn't get the question of the kiss...did they kiss and it was cut out or something?

Thanks for translating this <33.

For me, Ao no Honoo and Letters from Iwo Jima are definitely two Nino's best works. His acting in these two movies is just flawless <3. And glad that he was really praised a lot by the director xD.

Shuichi is such a lonely kid. But after seeing the movie [ more than 5 times at least, I believe ], I found out that the point is no one really understands him, or at least tries to understand him ;___;. That's why I'm very moved, when the detective said that he wanted to understand Shuichi, by trying his road racer. Through the movie, only Noriko was the one that could touch the bottom of Shuichi's heart. And the scene at the station is priceless xD, simply with understanding, no need any words, no need to say anything, <3. And up until now, the look on Noriko's face in the last scene, her eyes, is still obsessing me, very impressed.

This movie is amazing. Anyone who hasn't watched it, go watch it, quick! XD

Thanks so much for translating! I love reading about Nino's acting, this was the first of Nino's works I watched.
The part about the director leaving the acting up to the actors is awesome, lol, good thing he did!
My favourite part of this movie has got to be the one with baseball bat... the part when he was trying to protect the sister. At that time, who knew that Nino was capable of such outbursts and expression.

It's also great to read about how much fun he had acting in this movie (Because I'm sure ALOT of people here had fun watching it XD)=3 Thanks again!
