The simplicity is perfect and it's such a great moment, too. BTW, your characterizations are perfect, and their conversation seems very natural. I love that the first thing Harry tells her is that he watched her on the map--a very Harry thing to do--and I love that Ginny tells him that she would come to that place to connect with him. All so perfect for them, really.

It was a real challenge to keep the story short but I really did want it to be an intimate moment. I love it too that he tells her about the Marauder's map first; it felt like such a significant little Harry-habit in the book. Thanks for the lovely feedback, I was quite uncertain about this story *blushes*
