Make brownies with it. Go into the baking mixes aisle and look for mix called "No-pudge fudge" - it takes plain yogurt. Or if you're a Costco member, the brand is Sofi'ella and it comes in mixes of 3.
I think--but I'm not sure--that you can use it in most cake or brownie-type mixes as a substitute for the liquid stuff, but I'm not certain of the ratios.
Alternately, if you get apricot or peach or strawberry jam, mix the jam in with the yogurt and you get flavored yogurt just like the fruit-on-the-bottom stuff premade.

Also, to go with the curry, yogurt's a prime ingredient in naan bread.
But, if you must have the vanilla easy enough to add a dash of honey and mix it up. It's not the same but it's close enough.

Or, y'know, mix in a few drops of vanilla. :) Or honey; plain yogurt with honey is delicious.
