Yogurt

Does anyone have any idea what to do with plain yogurt? I accidentally bought 2lbs of it thinking it was vanilla.

Mince up some cucumbers into small slices, put them in with the yogurt, makes a great, cool salad (goes great with hot, spicy curry - which you can also use the yogurt for).
