Everything sounds wonderful, near terminal illness aside. I'm sorry I wasn't able to properly wish you a bon voyage, but I suppose better late than never. :] Make sure you don't get run over by cyclists when you go back to Amsterdam!

Only you with the birds, the burning car. It's great that you are on here. When we have a regular Internet connection, I'll be here more often. For now, it's kind of sporadic.
