I'm knee-deep in the awful mire that is job-hunting. My skill set and previous experience place me between two kinds of positions: technical work that I'm overqualified for, and jobs where I'd have to manage others. We're going hiking to Maine for a week and a half. This is looking like such an awesome trip - great hikes, swimming, and wonderful company. It's funny how Facebook warps you mind. Writing anything even remotely introspective seems some complicated compared to a 4-word description of one's current status and possibly some pictures.

I think most of you have already heard more than you ever wanted from me about wisdom teeth. But I think I found a way to freak out a little less - because as much as tooth-pulling scares me, jewelry makes me happy. So something like this would be a good trade-off.
