No, but I was/am still gunshy from how hard the breakup with our first girlfriend was, and I'm not yet entirely convinced that polyamory - even under these controlled circumstances - will be good for our relationship in the long run. But it's too late to call it off now and we are, as of now, having a fucking fabulous time. I just hope it lasts. I do think it might.
I know polyamory works for some, but it has always struck me as being a little like communism: a great idea in theory, but one that doesn't really take into account human nature.
Someone once told me that if a person can love all their children equally, why couldn't they love several partners equally? It is not like there is a limited amount of love to go around. I was quite impressed by this argument, but still...I don't know.
When it works, it looks like to me like it can be wonderful.
