Maybe after exercising you'll have enough endorphins to be able to get in the mood to try for an orgasm! (I mean, come on -- at my deepest PMS, I am not feeling very sexy)

My mood and symptoms have drastically improved since I started to train with samurai swords for two hours twice a week. That, paired with alone time with the partner, makes for blissful relief from horrendous symptoms. And what reginatarrae said, I totally agree, when I have PMS I don't feel at all attractive and feel like a horrendous bloated monster, but my partner still finds me sexy!

I wonder how many orgasms it would take to produce as many endorphins as a sustained bout of exercise? Probably a frightening number!
