Hi everyone, I just joined out of exasperation. I'm recovering from a particularly bad PMDD spell and I feel like I have nobody to go to, so I decided I should join this community and get my feelings out.

#2...continuation "your symptoms" post brokkennglass September 13 2011, 12:16:20 UTC
I actually take Evening Primrose Oil. I have VERY severe PMDD. I ran out of vitamins and evening primrose oil at the same time a couple of weeks ago. Have been too lazy to go get more. Haven't exercised at all b/c I've been on vacation. Needless to say, this month is the 1st month in a very long time that I'm such a wreck and I'm seriously considering checking myself into a psych unit. lol. I'm half kidding. But it really does a number on you and makes you wonder if you've lost your mind. After I was diagnosed w/diabetes, I switched to a zero carb diet (save vegetables and some fruit) started vitamins and omega fatty acids (The EPO I mentioned) and honestly....after about a month I noticed a huge difference. My PMDD is so bad that I've actually lost jobs b/c of it. I terrify myself w/the rage that shows up out of nowhere and the suicidal ideation that I NEVER have at any other time. With the exercise, weight loss, diet change and vitamins...I honestly have noticed a huge huge difference ( ... )

This dr. saved my life. As a nurse I know the basic how's and why's of our endo/exocrine function and it's affects on our bodies. I love the brilliance with which our body functions so beautifully!! So I learn as much as I can. But this dr. put it all together for me, and most importantly, he believed me. And helped me understand that I'm not insane and gave me back control of this b.s. that was killing me and everyone I loved and even every stranger I'd come into contact with. If I can completely turn around, after being told that I'm the classic and expected level of severity of true PMDD, anyone can. The symptoms I've described are actually what make PMDD what it is and only diagnosed in 3-5% of the population of N. America. A lot of the women who believe they have it can be helped very easily with the same changes that I made, which have kept me from destroying my life even further as a consequence of this horrible thing ( ... )

Hello I want to share my experience removing my warts. At first I was too skeptic but gradually the results proved that I was wrong. I was reluctant; it is hard to imagine that you can change your appearance and make yourself look better. However, you can. If you have the initiative to do something and get this guide you are a step closer to a clear and healthy skin like mine Dremuansolution@gmail.com
