Great stuff once again. It was cracking entertainment, laced with lots of twists and surprises, and has given us plenty of questions to chew over as this year's over-arching plot unfolds...

More importantly, why are the Doctor and river's timelines seemingly out of whack? (River seems to think she and the Dr have kissed before but have not)

I think she means that she's kissed the Doctor in her past, but it hasn't happened yet in his timeline? I think. That stuff tends to make my head hurt.

I am very keen to see what happens with her, and I hope it pays off on all the teases we've had.

Maybe the implications of the picture are a red herring. Just because Amy was in the picture with the baby doesn't mean it's Amy's baby.

Did you notice that River also complained about not feeling good as Rory came into the room?

I suspect there are lots of red herrings. Moffat loves to toy with us! It's all part of the fun though.
