I can relate to your situation and what you're feeling. But you know what? No one should have to feel this way. You shouldn't let her treat you that way, she's not above you. God made us all on the same level, we're equal. If you approach her as nicely as you can about it, she has no right to be mad at you. Friends should be able to talk to each other. If she's truly your friend, you need to make the friendship real. It's not right if you have to hold back what you feel just to keep your other friends. There's something wrong with those friendships if one person's attitude determines the fate of your relationship with the others. They're not even in this. It's between Brittany and you. You're a person too, Amy. She needs to be told how she's making you feel. She's been your friend forever. I'm sure she'll change her ways if you just tell her that it's bothering you. I'm sorry that you're going through this. I hope everything works out smoothly for you soon.
Thanks, Janae. You always seem to know what to say to make me feel better. But I learned to just accept her criticism. I don't think she does it to purposely hurt me, it's just her way of teasing someone I guess. But oh well. I know she didn't mean anything by it.
Awww Amy. I know how ya feel! Honestly. ;) It sucks, but I kinda got used to it. I just ignore it when she says stuff like that. :\ But it does get annoying, but I mean if you talk to her about that, if she's a really good friend, wouldn't she understand? Oh yeah, the courage. I just read that, and I wouldn't tell my friend either, so um. :\ Ahhh, I dont have advice!!!! :( <3 Sonya
I guess so, but I mean, if she's a really good friend, she should understand. :\ But I guess part of the problem is working up courage to say something. *hugs* Don't worry!!!! <3 Sonya
Actually, the only state that celebrates Mardi Gras would be Louisiana. Since it's a Cajun French thing and all. If you REALLY want to celebrate it, though, you'd have to go to New Orleans. Now THAT'S a celebration. Where I live, the parties are nothing compared to New Orleans.
