This week has been completely frustrating. Nothing seems to be going right. I feel sick, and I haven't eaten anything all day. I even took a long bubble bath to try and brighten my mood. Didn't work. Revolutionary Road.
I just watched Revolutionary Road, finally, and it was so, so good. This Hamlet-esque theme of madness/freedom was perfect, and it was so beautiful and tragic, and it broke my heart and made me think. Also, I was terrified by how much of myself I saw in April Wheeler ( Read more... ) -

I have the cutest puppy-dog in the whole world! He hasn't left my side since Jeff left. :) Exactly what a lonely heart needs-- a puppy-dog.
So I'm back in Bloomington. It sucks as usual.

I FINALLY heard from Jeffery! He was still in Kyrgyzstan, and now he's headed to his final stop, in FOB Sharana, Afghanistan. It'll probably be a couple more days until he gets there, though.
