I have a theory. Sleeping on a couch produces more vivid and bizarre dreams than sleeping on a bed. When I say sleeping, I mean a decent amount of time, about 2 hours at the least. So I've had this little knot of flesh on my back, right at the bottom of my shoulder blade, for a long time now. Small little thing, never did anything, didn't hurt, just kinda sat there.
