no, it's definitely not helping :( last week when i went to get the rest of the stuff i need for liam, my feet looked like loaves of fresh baked bread for two days. and there's two more heat days like that coming up tomorrow and thursday, both of which i have appointments i have to keep, so i can't stay inside with my feet up -_-

I can't stand the heat, so I know it must be loads worse for you. Sending hugs and hope that you can just soak your poor feets in ice water.

it's definitely no fun for me. :( and the only tub i have is the bath tub...no tv and it's uncomfortable to sit on the side (otherwise i can't get out lol) for long. so i just mostly stay in bed with my feet on three pillows and my head on two. it's uncomfortable. thanks for the hugs and hope :)
