I had problems with my SI joint right the way through both pregnancies. Watch out because most advice about the pelvis in pregnancy is focussed on the symphisis pubis and you have the opposite - I was a lot better once I stopped trying to keep my knees together so much because that was putting a lot of strain on my SI joint. Good to hear from someone else who's had the same problem. It was off and on today, thank goodness more off than on. Nigel has already accused me of getting up from the floor like a pregnant lady! I'm hoping having the P.T. connection will suffice. I must admit it's a bit of a relief not to be sailing through this almost problem-free, because I'm always sure sometihng will make up for it in the end.
