Hugh leaves for NZ and then Beijing tomorrow :( It's going to be a looooooong month!

I am baking a carrot cake.

Boy it smells good. It still has 20 minutes to go in the oven. Then it has to cool. Then I have to ice it. And THEN I can eat it!! That seems an impossibly long time away.

Is it really as busy in Sydney with WYD as they make it out to be?
Are lots of people wearing cool t-shirts?

The oven repair man has FINALLY made it to our place to fix the oven - so hopefully it will be back in action soon and I can lose motivation to bake all the things I have been craving for over the last few weeks ( Read more... )
