Like I said, I got an IUD today. I was going to get the copper one, but the doctor then explained my periods would likely become very heavy and crampy. I didn't initially want Mirena because of the hormones, but she explained they would only be local hormones since the IUD is placed directly in the uterus. Last night was weird! Ok, so yesterday I skipped work because I felt stuffy, but wound up biking to the Mission to get my cardio for the day and to meet up with Ryan.
