Just go to the del taco and talk to the manager/ whoever is in charge at the moment and tell them what happened. If you have the receipt it should say the transaction and they should be able to find it.

Talk to your bank and have them print out a statement recording your latest transactions (circling it and the overdraft fee it caused) and take it, plus your receipt to Del Taco and talk to the manager.

i say YOU KIDNAP THE DEL TACO GUY FROM THE COMMERCIALS, BUST INTO THE DEL TACO AND THROW ROACHES EVEYWHERE AND MAKE THE MANAGER APOLOGIZE AND IF HE DOESNT YOU SHOOT HIM ... TWICE...but thats just me
